O desenho vencedor poderá ser utilizado pela equipe das Ações Estratégicas do Programa de Erradicação do Trabalho Infantil (AEPETI) em materiais de divulgação da próxima campanha de prevenção e enfrentamento do trabalho infantil. A utilização da obra terá finalidade exclusivamente institucional, educativa e de conscientização social, vinculada às ações e campanhas do programa.

As demais obras participantes da Categoria Especial PETI poderão ser selecionadas para compor exposições, mostras e ações de divulgação e sensibilização promovidas ou apoiadas pela AEPETI e pela Prefeitura de Caraguatatu
